CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION, RETURN CONDITIONS
When you place an order electronically through the website lehunteaustralia.com, it is assumed that you accept the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
The BUYER is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product. Shipping costs, i.e., the cost of sending the product, are borne by the BUYER, unless otherwise specified. It is possible that the SELLER may not charge or may only partially charge the BUYER for delivery costs. This depends on the campaigns active at the time of sale, the terms of which are announced on the website.
Every purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the BUYER, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded. If the goods are not delivered within this period, the BUYER may withdraw from the contract.
If the BUYER is not present at the address at the time of product delivery and the persons at the address do not accept the delivery, the SELLER is considered to have fulfilled its obligation. If no one is present at the address to receive the product, it is the BUYER's responsibility to contact the shipping company and request the dispatch of the products.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
To provide you with faster and more efficient service as Le Hunte Australia Sportswear Joint Stock Company, we ask you to inspect the products upon delivery and, in the event of any damage (crushing, tearing, opening, wetness, breakage, etc.), request a report from the freight officer and ensure the return of the damaged products. If no report is made, we cannot refund you for the product price, as we will not be able to claim compensation from the shipping company. For this reason, we explicitly advise you to pay attention to this issue when receiving your goods.
PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED
a) Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return.
b) Laser-printed products cannot be returned or canceled under any circumstances.
c) The returned product must be fully intact with its standard accessories and in the same condition in which it was received within 30 days.
SHIPPING OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
For products purchased from Le Hunte Australia Sportswear Inc., except for defective products, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
➔ The returned product can only be accepted by the shipping companies with which we have an agreement. Otherwise, returns sent through other shipping companies will not be accepted.
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS:
